Bellingham Atheist Church

13+;  Join members of your community who enjoy discussion, dialogue, and consideration of a range of topics from philosophy, democracy, free will, morals and ethics, political theory, and more.

Every meeting at Bellingham Atheist Church, we will start with a guided meditation/atheist prayer, then move on to a talk given by a member of our group. The talks can be on just about anything, but will never promote anything supernatural. After the talk, we have a group discussion about ideas raised in the talk.

Music, poetry, sharing moments of joy and sorrow, and show and tell are just a few of the segments that will be sprinkled in as appropriate

Maren Robison studied philosophy at the University of Washington for two years, before transferring to Bellingham Technical College for something much more hands-on. While she was in Seattle, she joined Seattle Atheist Church, where she has been an active member for 3 years and given a sermon on her original format for Atheist Prayer.
