What is ME? Philosophy for kids

This is a single demo class to gauge interest in a full series course. 

 The topic for this class will be "What is ME?"

We believe all young people are capable of tackling these subject in ways that are meaningful for them. We will use activities, games, toys, and media to perform thought experiments and mock debates.  Students will learn the Socratic method for engaging their peers in thoughtful  and respectful discussion.  A full 8-10 week series may be created where we will cover topics like Ethics, Humanity, Freedom, Death, Purpose and more.

Mask required at all times. Socially distanced seating. Limited capacity for safety.

Parents may drop off students. They may hang out in the lounge but will be out of hearing range for discussion.

2 adults will be present at all times. This class has Queer/LGBTQIA+ affirming teachers and volunteers.
